Centennial Bumper Stickers. Material: paper. Size: 3 3/4" W. x 14 7/8" L. Description: bright red letters against a black background with lettering: "Waseca Centennial Celebration June 16-23, 1968"; adhesive backing covered with two removable buff colored strips.
Purpose of bumper sticker was to apply to automobile bumper to publicize and promote the Waseca Centennial in 1968. Donor's husband, Harold Brockmiller grew a beard and portrayed "Uncle Sam" in the 1968 Waseca Centennial parade. See picture of the Brockmillers at accession #60.02.11
