Albert Pichitino. 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" black and white photograph of Albert Pichitino, "born at Detroit, Michigan, November 13, 1917; attended Wayne University 1935-37, and later attended the University of Michigan, graduating in 1939 with a B.S. degree in Communications Electronics. He also has a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. He was employed at Vickers, Inc., Detroit, from 1940-42 as Lab. Development Engineer; served in the U. S. Naval Reserve 1942-48. After he returned to civilian life he was employed at Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, PA as Chief of the Electronics Section, from 1949-51. He joined the E. F. Johnson Co. on April 1, 1951 as Chief Engineer, which position he still holds and does an outstanding job. Mr. Pichitino married Mary Gillespie and they have two sons, James and John. They reside at 211 7th Ave. N.E. He is a member of Sacred Heart Church, Waseca Lions Club and other organizations. He is also a member of the E. F. Johnson Co. management committee. He is a hard worker and a man I have the deepest respect for, it is a pleasure to count him as a friend. 1-1-55"
During Herman Peterson's work at the Waseca County Historical Society, he collected portraits and biographies of many friends and Waseca area businessmen and professionals.
