Everett Johnson. 1/2" x 6 1/2" black and white photograph of Everett R. Johnson, "born in Otisco Township, Waseca County, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Johnson. He received his schooling in Waseca, graduating from Waseca High School in 1918. Everett played on the Waseca High School basketball team which won the State Championship in 1918. After graduating from high school he attended the University of Minnesota where he received a B.S. degree. From 1923 to 1941 he was an instructor in Keewatin High School, when he joined his brothers as a partner in the E. F. Johnson Co. Everett and his wife, Ruth, reside at 801 3rd Avenue S.E. They are the parents of a daughter, Maralyn, and a son, Sheldon. Everett is a member and past master of Tuscan Lodge #77, A.F. & A.M. and is a Shriner belonging to Zurah Temple, Mpls. He is a member of the Congregational Church and has held the office of treasurer for several years. Since I joined the E.F. Johnson Co., in 1942, I have had daily contacts with Everett and have come to know and respect him a great deal. He is a man of convictions, a real friend and neighbor. 1-1-55"
