L. L. Loomer. 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" black and white photograph of L. L. Loomer, "born June 7, 1905 at Whitewater, Wisconsin; attended the Millard State Graded of Elkhorn Wisc. 1912-1919; later attended Whitewater College High School 1919-1923; graduated from Stout Institute, Menomenie, with B.S. degree. He was an instructor in Kasson High School coming to Waseca in 1933 where he taught Industrial Arts in Waseca High School until 1942 when he entered the employment of E. F. Johnson Co. where he is still employed as personnel manager. He served as alderman of Waseca for three terms, is a member of Waseca Sportsman Club, a member of the Waseca Congregational Church, a member of Tuscan Lodge #77, A.F. & A.M., serving the Lodge as Worshipful Master in 1951. He is a hardworking, sincere employee for 12 years and I respect him a lot. The Loomers are the parents of three children, Donald, Richard and Judith. They reside at 521 3rd St. N.E., 1-25-55"
During Herman Peterson's work at the Waseca County Historical Society, he collected portraits and biographies of many friends and Waseca area businessmen and professionals.
