Ralph Jacobson. 3 1/8" x 4 3/4" black and white photograph of Ralph A. Jacobson, "born in Leigh, Nebraska. He came to Waseca in 1935 as Manager of the J. C. Penney Co. and remained in that capacity until 1944 when he was transferred to Blue Earth, Minnesota where he still holds fort. While residing in Waseca, he took a great interest in civic affairs. He was an ardent worker in the Boy Scout organization, and was President of the Lions Club. He also served as Master of Tuscan Lodge #77, Mason 1944. Always ready to lend a helping hand when needed. January 24, 1945."
During Herman Peterson's work at the Waseca County Historical Society, he collected portraits and biographies of many friends and Waseca area businessmen and professionals.
