Albert N. Tyrholm. 5 3/4" x 7 3/4" black and white photograph of Albert N. Tyrholm, "born in New Richland of pioneer parents; graduated from New Richland High School in the second class of the school. After graduating from high school, he joined his father in the implement and furniture business. Later the firm took over the Ford Agency which is still held by his brother, LeRoy. Albert resided in New Richland after his marriage. Later he moved to Waseca and took over the Ford Agency. Later he discontinued his interest with his brother LeRoy, and took a position with the Hardware Mutual Insurance Company of Owatonna. For a few years he resided at Albert Lea, and later he moved to Owatonna where he resides at the present time. When in Waseca, he was a member of the Congregational Church, Lions Club, and Masonic Lodge. He also served on the Board of Education. Although we differ on many views, I respect him a lot, and cherish him as a real friend. January 24, 1945"
During Herman Peterson's work at the Waseca County Historical Society, he collected portraits and biographies of many friends and Waseca area businessmen and professionals.
