Wyman, "born in Blooming Grove township on October 31, 1866, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Wyman, and has resided in Waseca County since the time of his birth. On April 25, 1893 he married Carrie Myrick who passed away on November 2, 1948. In September 1885? he entered the service of the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad Company, and was retired on pension in June 1937. He served as Mayor of Waseca for one term. Despite his advanced age he loves walking. He resides in his own home at 514 North State Street, Waseca. He attends the Methodist Church and is a member of Tuscan Lodge #77, A.F. & A.M. I have the deepest admiration for Mr. Wyman, one grand man.7-8-59"
