Andrew G. Phelps. 3" x 4 1/2" black and white photograph of Andrew G. Phelps, "oldest son of George R. and Isabele (Harding) Phelps, and grandson of early St. Mary Township settlers; born December 24, 1901, was educated in rural District #17 and Waseca High School; served as St. Mary Township Supervisor 1935 to 1947. Lived entire life in Waseca County, served as Worshipful Master of Tuscan Lodge #77, A.F. & A.M. in 1955. Present avocation is Engineer on Chicago & Northwestern Railroad. Present address is 518 6th St. S.W., Waseca, Minn. Three principal hobbies are philatelist and numismatist in the winter, and a gardener and flower grower specializing in roses, in the summer. Political inclinations are Republican. I deeply cherish his friendship. He is a man I love to call a friend. July 6, 1959"
