John J. Miller. 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" black and white photograph of John J. Miller, "whom I consider one of my very best friends, he is always willing to lend me a helping hand and is as loyal as the day is long. To John I wish good health and continued success in life. John was born on February 28, 1916 at Webster, Wis., and entered the employment of the E. F. Johnson Co. at Waseca in 1941. Served in the Navy during WWII, member of Grace Lutheran Church, past master of Tuscan Lodge #77, served as District Representative for the Grand Lodge of Masons of Minnesota for two years and is at present a member of the board of custodians of that organization; is currently serving second term as Worth Patron of Hope Chapter #34, Order of the Easter Star. On June 22, 1951 he married Olga Frederickson of Windom. The Millers have four children; Richard, Michael, Mary Jane and Robert. John is at present secretary of the Waseca County Historical Society and Vice Chairman of the Waseca County Chapter of the American National Red Cross. July 10, 1959"
