Victor Pickett. 4 1/2" x 6" black and white photograph; Victor G. Pickett, "was born on a farm near Albert Lea on June 20, 1874, graduated from Albert Lea High School, and in 1896 graduated from the University of Minnesota; was superintendent of schools at Janesville for 6 years and later served in the same capacity at Waseca for several years, resigning to enter the milling business; was made sales mgr. for EACO Flour Milling Co. and held that position until the company moved to Minneapolis in 1925. He was associated with Russell Milling Co. for many years. He was later instructor in the School of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota. I worked with him for several years and I always had a great respect for him. He passed away in 1951.
During Herman Peterson's work at the Waseca County Historical Society, he collected portraits and biographies of many friends and Waseca area businessmen and professionals.
