Tintype. Material: metal. Size: 1 5/8" x 2". Description: tintype photograph of an unidentified woman, circa 1870s or earlier; hair parted at center, dark draped dress; Bessie Kurzbein noted that her great-grandmother was a Hogan (daughter of William Hogan) who married a Roberts; condition, surface abraded.

These tintypes, carte-de-visites, and a cabinet card portrait (29.04 through 29.04.14) were found in the collection of Helen Roberts Larson, wife of Paul Larson by her daughter, Bessie Kurzbein, donor. None are identified individually, but are thought to be members of the Roberts or Hogan families.
