Odd Fellows Ceremonial IOOF Cape of Good Samaritan. Second Degree Costume. Material: textile, metal. Size: 17 1/2" W. x 47" L. Description: black velvet ankle length cape with white trim; round neckline open from neckline to hemline; closure at neckline with one hook and eye; white scroll embroidery extends from neckline to hemline on both sides of front opening; fully lined with off white cotton; neckline tag: "Good Samaritan".
