Spaulding Children. 4" x 3 1/4" black and white halftone of a photograph of the Spaulding or Spalding family children posing in band uniforms and holding their instruments, a French horn, a saxophone, a clarinet, and a cornet; photograph printed for Christmas greeting card.
Found in collection, a photograph album belonging to Herman and Teal Peterson; brown cover with gold-leaf geometric design; punch-hole binding with corded tie; many family photographs of friends, neighbors of the Petersons; many were members of the First Congregational Church, Waseca, Minn.; others were neighbors; some were Scout families; others were country kids who stayed with the Petersons during winter weather so they could attend high school in Waseca. Photographs were falling out of album and were removed to files for archival reasons.
