The Gopher was compiled and published by the Junior class of the University of Minnesota, 1916. George Glotfelter was from Waterville, Minnesota. Other Waseca County people pictured in the book: Bernard Gallagher, John Halgren, Regina Bowe, Marian Byron (Janesville), Alfred Hirscher (Janesville), George Runnerstrom, Mathilda Schlutz (New Richland), Hjalmar Sybilrud (New Richland).
