Description: black and white photograph of schoolchildren, students, Sixth Grade Class at South Side School, Waseca, Minn.; shows three rows of students standing on the steps of the school house, boys and girls, unidentified; photographed by R. C. Mishek, known as Bob Mishek, a high school teacher who took many photographs for Waseca schools; front row of children are holding a sign reading, "The Whole Town's Talking." There is one African-American boy in front row, far left, whose last name was Brown, likely this is Harold Brown, Roy Brown or Howard Brown, sons of Brooksie Brown. Southside School.
