Color and description: black metal flat disk with four "ears" - screws could be inserted to hold disk to flat surface - one has a thumb screw attached - gold, oval decal in center has logo of white bear holding a sign: "Polar Cub Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." (c) Clamp. Size: 3 1/4" W. x 5" L. Color and description: black flat circular piece with opening on one side and a hole and a thumb screw on the other side.
