J. Stiehl, Waseca, Minn.; the photo folder is dark brown with a blind-embossed rose stamped on cover with photographer's name.
Photographs were purchased from the estate sale of Joe Powell, by donor; later identified by Carol Wobschall, daughter of Joe Powell. Powell was a restauranteur in Waseca for many years, during the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s.
