Issued while in Germany in 1958. The 7th Army patch (overseas) is on one set and the 5th Army patch (stateside) is on the other. The latter was worn at Ft. Riley, Kansas(1961-1962) with the 164th Engineer Battilion(North Dakota guard unit, recalled in 1961).
