(e, f) Material: textile, leather. Size: 5 1/4" W. x 10 1/2" L. Description: green wool cap - gree piping - black leather bill and strap trim - 1 1/2" W. gold metal decorative trim.

Issued while in Germany in 1958. The 7th Army patch (overseas) is on one set and the 5th Army patch (stateside) is on the other. The latter was worn at Ft. Riley, Kansas(1961-1962) with the 164th Engineer Battilion(North Dakota guard unit, recalled in 1961). 28.02.3 e,f are located in box 39, 28.02.3g is located in box 40
