Album of the 87 Waseca County Country School Houses Standing in 1928. 13" x 10 1/4" brown "leatherette" photo album with black construction paper pages, with cover title, "Photographs;" containing black and white photographs of most of the 94 Waseca County rural or country school houses. See Accession #1690 for individual photographs identified by number and township.

This is a duplicate album of Accession #1690 with all photos scanned in from that album; assembled and donated by Harold E. Suemnick, Clerk, District No. 33 in 1928. Suemnick spent his Sunday afternoons of one entire summer taking these photos. In the Waseca Journal, August 14, 1946, it is noted that the historical society is still seeking photos of Districts 46 and 73 as well as the consolidated districts of 39, 56,58, 63, 67, 79 and 93.
