Two Story House, 112 5th Avenue N.E., Waseca. 5th Avenue Residence. 4" x 2 3/4" black and white photograph of the two-story house at 112 5th Avenue N.W., built in 1915; and moved in 1997 to 201 4th Avenue N.E., Waseca, Minn.; the original lot was purchased by the Waseca hospital for expansion.

Carolynn Bauman is the Property Appraiser in the Waseca County Assessors Office; and has donated many old photographs from the Assessors Office files of various properties, both residential and business buildings.
