Mrs. Mellby organized our Ladies' Aid in the year of 1886. She was elected as its president and her home was a frequent place for its meetings. This organization was very simple without constitution or any set of rules and regulations. The meetings were held monthly. As distances were great the meetings were an all day affair and both men and women attended. Whenever possible the pastor was present and conducted the devotional exercises.

These are partial photograph albums with portraits and narrative regarding the church history of several Waseca County churches, including the New Richland Lutheran Ladies Aid; Grace Lutheran Church, Waseca; Trinity Lutheran Ladies Aid, LeSueur River Lutheran Congregation, Norwegian Lutheran Church, First English Lutheran Church, and the North Waseca Lutheran Church.
