Description: black and white photograph of main street Waseca circa 1895, of a parade of horse-drawn carriages decorated with crepe paper and streamers (occasion unknown); shows the east side of south State Street; businesses identified are Meyer Bros. and the Waverly Hotel back on the corner; all shop fronts have awnings; there are lots of people, men, women and children standing along the boardwalk and sitting on benches watching the parade; and an arch of lights over the street, suggesting County Fair time.
