Young Girl Holding Iris Stem in Portrait. 2 3/4" x 4 3/4" black and white photograph of a little girl, full-figure, about seven years old, standing next to a small table; wearing a knee-length dress, white stockings, buckle shoes, and a large white ribbon in her short cropped hair; she is holding a stem of iris flowers; unidentified.
These photographs were donated by Elsie Santo, noting that they are mostly unidentified and undated, but found in the Janesville home where Louie Wendland and also William Schmidt lived. They were related to her husband's family whom she never got to know.
