Waseca County Fair Judge's Stand. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2" black and white postcard photograph of Governor Eberhardt at the Waseca County Fair, speaking from the judges stand, there is a crowd of mostly men. The man in overalls and floppy hat in lower right corner of photo is identified as "Dad", a relative of the donor.
