E. A. Everett Residence, Frosted Trees, South View. 8" x 6" black and white photograph of the exterior of the Everett residence in 1912, taken in winter, of the south aspect of the house showing its setting near East Elm, and on the shore of Clear Lake. The trees are bare and frosted. Everett Residence, Everett House, Everett Home.
The donor is the great-granddaughter of William Everett, co-founder with Aughenbaugh, of the EACO Mill in Waseca County. The Everett home, built by William's son Edward Everett, overlooking the east end of Clear Lake, was a showplace in its time, a classic Victorian-style home, it was demolished in 1958, an architectural and historical loss to Waseca County. This photo is from a collection of 7 larger prints mounted on gray matboard all of the interior rooms of the Everett residence in 1898. Everett Residence, Everett House, Everett Home.
