Leta and Lawrence Clemons have lived in the Leuthold house at 824 East Elm Avenue, Waseca for over 30 years. The house was built by the Charles Leuthold family in 1898 by Minneapolis architect, Frederick Kees. The last Leuthold to live in the house was Joy Leuthold, daughter of Charles and Josephine (Preston) Leuthold.
