Description: black and white photograph of a street fair in Waseca, Minn. showing main street Waseca--what is actually North State Street now. Photo is taken from one block north of Elm Avenue. There are decorative arches over the street and many American flags waving on buildings. There are hundreds of people in the street; no identifying businesses, just letters "B-A . . ." on building on right. Circa 1910
