There are decorative arches over the street and many American flags waving on buildings. There are hundreds of people in the street; no identifying businesses, just letters "B-A . . ." on building on right. Circa 1910

All of these photographs are from the album of Carrie Hansen Ballard, wife of Arthur Erwin Ballard; married in February 17, 1902. Arthur is the son of Isaac and Catherine (Erwin) Ballard, Waseca settlers. Carrie and Arthur Ballard are the donor's grandparents.
