Clear Lake Looking East. 4 3/4" x 3 3/4" photograph of Clear Lake in Waseca, Minn; viewed as East Elm Avenue was a dirt road that turns into what is now Highway 14 toward Owatonna.

Arthur is the son of Isaac and Catherine (Erwin) Ballard, Waseca settlers. Carrie and Arthur Ballard are the donor's grandparents.
