Lyle Rutledge in Buick Parade Car. 3 1/4" x 4 1/2" black and white photograph of Lyle Rutledge driving his Buick decorated for the parade to promote defense bonds. Lyle Rutledge was the chairman of the Bond Drive for Waseca County.

A collection of 20 black and white photographs of the July 4 parades in 1941 and 1942. This parade event also celebrated "Overalls Day" as pairs of overalls can be seen hanging over the street in several of these photos. Photos were taken by Lyle Rutledge, of Waseca Mutual, and father of Jerry Rutledge.
