Anton and Carrie Guyer lived in the house first and then their daughter, Gertrude Guyer, married J.J. Cleary and then it was called the Cleary house. Then Gertrude and J.J.'s daughter, Mary, married Damon Conway. Current resident is Mary Conway. Donor photographed several architecturally significant residences in the City of Waseca.
