Description: black and white photograph of the house or residence identified on back as the Linquist House, 614 East Elm Avenue, Waseca; built in 1884 by Dr. Davidson, a dentist; then purchased by the Linquist family, or Lindquist, who turned it into a mortuary for many years; renovated in 1990s by Dennis Bartz; owner in 2005 is Stewart Miller.
Donor photographed several architecturally significant residences in the City of Waseca. Lot 4 in Block 9 in the First Addition to Waseca.
