Everett residence, Waseca, Minn."; large Victorian home with extensive porches, double columns on front porch surrounding the round three-story staircase; some windows have round arches, many with stained glass; carriage house to left; located on Lake Avenue (now 3rd Avenue N.E. at 9th Street N.E. close to Clear Lake, East Elm Avenue and Flat Iron Park. Everett Residence, Everett House, Everett Home located at 206 9th Street N.E. on the corner of 9th Street N.E. and Lake Avenue now 3rd Avenue N.E.
The Everett house was built around 1895 by E. A. and Nettie Everett, razed in 1958 after the death of Mrs. Regene Everett (E. A.'s second wife). Everett Residence, Everett House, Everett Home. Lake Avenue became 3rd Avenue April 1928.
