Postcard was produced by Bloom Bros. Co. Postmark over 1-cent stamp dated 31 Jul 1919 at Waseca, Minn. See Accession #1.01.396 for another near duplicate. D.E. Perrin, director, is seated at center behind the mellophone player. (Not a French Horn, but similar to a French Horn instrument.)
