Martha Sorenson and Log Cabin. 11" x 6-3/4" black and white reprint of a photograph of a woman beside a log cabin identified on the front as "Pioneer Res of Martha Sorenson, near New Richland, Minn. Built 1859."
Mrs. Sorenson was an early settler of the New Richland & Otisco township area. She lived to be over 100 years old. There is another photograph of her by her log cabin just northwest of the LeSueur River Church in Otisco Township.
