Uniform, Band Jacket

Waseca Band Uniform. Material: textile, plastic and metal. Size: 16 1//4" W. across shoulders x 30" L. Description: green cotton canvas - maroon and yellow trim - high neckline - maroon stand-up collar - maroon band with yellow piping edges both sides of jacket opening extending from neckline to hemline and around bottom of jacket - front closure with eight black buttons in a hidden placket and two hooks and eyes at collar and at jacket bottom - long sleeves - cuff trimmed with a V-shaped insert of maroon edged with yellow piping - two snap closure at left cuff vent - "M.W.A." on right collar - "725" on left collar - label inside back neckline: "De Moulin Bros. & Co. GREENVILLE".
Music. Waseca City - Organizations or School - Band. Card found with pants identified them as part of a Waseca band uniform. Possibly worn by Cleveland Turnacliff, 1921.
