Description: black felted wool; black cotton lining; black polished cotton rounded Peter Pan style collar meets at front neckline; front closure from neckline to mid-bodice with four heavy hooks and eyes in a pinked edge placket; designed to hang from shoulders to bottom edge without sleeves; one hand-clasp pocket sewn inside each front opening; decorative detail: one 1 1/2" W. black taffeta band with six rows of topstitching extends vertically from each shoulder to near bottom cape edge - two bands of same dimensions and topstitching encircle lower edge of cape and meet at a long inverted pleat center back. (b) Frog. Size: 2 1/4" W. x 6 1/2" L. Description: black felted wool tab; tab closes with two gray buttons and buttonholes across mid bodice.
