Description: black and white photograph of a building identified on sign in front as Bob Byron Implements, Waseca, Minn., located on West Elm at the site of the previous Mutual Building, now Public Health. The two houses to the left of the implement building are still there and (though not in the picture) to the left of the houses is the Veteran's Landing cabins.
Phone interview with Robert Byron, Sr. on 24 Jun 1999: Building originally built ca 1950 by Keeley Implements. Byron purchased in 1951, but Pete Sprengeler still had 2 years lease for his restaurant, so Byrons moved there in 1953. Sold out to a used car dealer in 1973, who sold to Waseca Mutual Insurance Co.
