Set of medals suspended from red, white and blue vertically striped grosgrain ribbon: eagle, laurel wreath, U.S. shield at top; rectangular bar displaying eagle with open wings; small wreath on cross swords; crossed arms of war symbols; and at bottom the Spanish American War Veteran symbolic cross and seal of Cuba, Porto Rico, U.S.A. and Philippine Islands.
