Waseca County Military - WWII. Rationing. Mr. & Mrs. G.E. (Hazel A.) Neffeler are the parents of Mrs. Robert (Audrey Neffeler) Wolf. This artifact was attached to another piece of paper but it is unknown at this time what paper it was (08/27/1998).
