Description: red, white and blue enameled metal - shield shaped - gold edged - shield pattern: gold and white enameled diagonal lines and red rectangle in upper left corner - reverse side: two prongs to attach to pressure caps - raised lettering on back of shield reads "G23 IRN Green Inc.".

Waseca County Military - Peacetime. Worn by Devin Hoy. Donor is his mother. He enlisted in Jan 1986 & discharged in Jan 1989. He went to boot camp in Ft. Worth, Texas and spent his entire enlistment in Texas and Oklahoma; his MOS was Redeye Laser.
