Waseca City Events & Celebrations - Fire Queen, Sleigh & Cutter Festival predessor. Gladys Schlinger represented Waseca as Fire Queen at the 1947 St. Paul Winter Carnival. The Fire Queen evolved into Miss Sleigh Belle.
