U.S. Navy Nurse Cap. Material: textile. Size: 3 1/2" W. x 11" L. Description: light blue and white striped cotton - same fabric lining - navy blue piping - overseas style cap - curved shape - pleat in crown - white inside label: "U.S. Navy - Size 21 1/2".

Worn by Lt. Comm. Florence Scholljegerdes U.S.N.R. Navy Nurse Dress uniform. Cap has a gold leaf & eagle pin (not found yet, May 1998).
