World War II Army Uniform Overcoat. Material: textile, medal. Size: 21 1/2" W. across shoulders x 50 1/2" L. x 26 1/2" L. sleeves. Description: olive green wool coat with khaki cotton lining above waistline, in sleeves and pockets; double-breasted style; two parallel rows of three gold toned, shanked buttons each display the Army crest; three button closure; two side pockets; one button under each lapel; horizontal shoulder straps close with one button each; half-belted, khaki cotton lined back with two-button closure; long back skirt vent with three brown plastic button closure;stamped inside back lining in brown: "40R"; black handwritten identification: "Gutknecht".
