(c) Pants. Material: textile, buttons. Size: 34" W. x 32 1/2" L. inseam. Description: olive green twill - natural cotton lining inside waistband, front placket and pockets - long pants - front closure with six buttons in a fly placket - eight loops around waistband - one pocket at each side seam - one back pocket on each side - left back pocket closes with one button - one coin pocket at front right below waistband - slightly soiled and one hole in upper inseam.
Worn by Edwin T. Herbig, Jr., a major in the Signal Corps of the U.S. Army during WW II. This accession included a U. S. Army uniform and an ID card and transport pass. Pin insignia removed during storage. Jacket (#7501), Cap (#7501b), Pants (#7501c), Belt (#7501d), and Military Insignia (#7501e-k).
