Kalamazoo Mich" - top right button missing - seven large metal eyes for cape attachment under collar - one left inside breast pocket - black cross stitching inside left sleeve shoulder: "FA" - unhemmed bottom edge - 20 1/2" L. back vent - gold lettering on black label inside back neckline: "The Henderson Ames Co. Waseca County Military - Spanish American War. Herman Nigg, the owner of this uniform, enlisted in the U.S. Army in May 1898. He was stationed at Chicamunga Park, Tenn., where he served for the duration of the war.
