Description: tintype: young dark-haired boy with a very serious expression in an upper body pose with hands resting on a chair back; dressed in a dark coat, white shirt, and dark bow tie; newspaper glued to back mount printed with: "Martin H" and Vanzandt Bro" in bold print; identified as Ulysses Grant; condition - mount is darkening where the tintype has come in contact with it.
