Janesville. Reinhart Franz 'Frank' Schnepf (b. 19 Apr 1869, d. 27 Oct 1944) was the son of Reinhart Karl Schnepf & Augustina Henriette DeWitz. He worked in his mother's lumber mill & farmed. He was known by his family to have been a leading citizen in Janesville.
