Description: brown velvet toque - brown satin ribbon crown embellishment held at sides with copper beaded flower - gold trim edging under sides and back - brown satin lining strip - brown net lining. Paired with hatpin (#47.97.4b).

Woman's Accessories. Donor was Margaret Bohnert & married Harvey Schroeder in Oct 1954 at the priest's house. Harvey Schroeder died 23 July 1960. She married Francis Hager in Feb 1964. Donor wore this hat at her first wedding in 1954.
