Material: textile. Size: 22" shoulder to shoulder x 48" L. Description: light beige and brown knobby tweed - ivory colored satin lining - lower calf length - very full overcoat - narrow collar notched at shoulder forms lapels along the front opening and V-neckline - no closures - long raglan sleeves with banded cuffs - one vertical slash pocket at each side of front coat at hipline.

Donor was Margaret Bohnert who married Harvey Schroeder in Oct 1954 at the priest's house. Harvey Schroeder died 23 July 1960. She married Francis Hager in Feb 1964. This coat sometimes called "tent" style, was bought and worn by donor in spring of 1954.
